Speaker Bios
Nancy Angle
Nancy Angle is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Westlake Village, CA, and Park City, Utah. As a health coach and supportive mentor, she helps clients live their best lives by helping them with food and lifestyle changes, and tailoring individualized wellness programs to meet their needs.
After completing her certification, Nancy also completed extensive course work in Gut Health at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
She specializes in gut and digestive issues, low energy, inflammation/immunity problems, diet modifications, stress reduction, weight management, blood sugar balancing, identifying food and emotional triggers, and hormone issues.
Tammy I. Glenn
As an informal caregiver, author, and professional fundraiser, Tammy I. Glenn has counseled numerous family members and friends in short and long-term care issues.
She is the founder of the national website, HomeBoundResources.com, author of The Carefree Caregiver: A Short Course to Peace of Mind, and serves as the Executive Director for Ventura County’s CAREGIVERS: Volunteers Assisting the Elderly, one of the original 25 national pilot programs founded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
In 2013, Tammy was invited to join the Board of Directors for the National Volunteer Caregivers Network where she now serves as the Executive Director. Not long after, she was invited to join the Social Service Advisory Council for the Ventura County Transportation Commission in 2015.
Laura Navarro
Laura is a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst with Manchester Financial. She has worked in financial services for 30 years - 18 of them in financial planning.
Laura has participated as a “workshop writer” with the Certified Financial Planning Board regarding the creation of new exam questions and content.
Laura has a BS in Business Administration & Economics from St. Mary’s College, as well as an MBA from Golden Gate University.
Laura understands the unique financial needs of women and works alongside them to empower, preserve and enhance their financial future.
Stephanie Manis
Stephanie Manis is an associate attorney with Kenneth E. Devore & Associates in Westlake Village.
The firm specializes in estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorships, and elder law. Ms. Manis has experience drafting estate plans for clients as well as handling matters relating to trust administration and probate proceedings.
Additionally, Ms. Manis has prior experience in the areas of small business and corporate law.
Stephanie Manis is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association and the Conejo Valley Estate Planning Council. She also serves on the Emerging Leaders Board for the Southern California and Nevada chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
